Project Overview

This Dashboard project is an admin platform developed to support and manage a mobile application used for inventory and operational tasks. Built with React on the frontend and Laravel on the backend (via RESTful API), this dashboard accommodates multiple roles, each with different access levels and responsibilities. The system was designed to streamline warehouse operations and improve business process efficiency through centralized digital control.

The Challenge

• The system had already grown into a large-scale project with many existing features and complex role-based logic, making bug identification and resolution more difficult
• Encountered numerous critical bugs caused by interdependent components and legacy code

The Solution

• Performed deep debugging and code tracing to understand and resolve hidden issues without breaking existing functionalities
• Applied incremental feature additions and testing to ensure stability during bug fixes and system enhancements
